Where do I even begin! Tara was hands down the best investment for our wedding. From our initial conversations to the day of our wedding, Tara was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and excited to work with us and help bring our wedding vision to life. We used Tara as a month-of coordinator, and I am SO happy we did. I am a very Type-A person so I enjoyed planning all of the details leading up to our wedding day, however, I knew that I wanted to hand off responsibilities closer to our day and I needed to feel confident in who I was passing off these responsibilities to. I could not have chosen a better person to take things over. She took everything over with ease. I didn’t have to follow up, send reminders, or ask questions about our vendors or details! Our entire wedding day flowed BEAUTIFULLY and it was all because of Tara and her team’s hard work. Throughout the morning, she kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay, and she even snuck me away to see the reception space before everyone got there. I really appreciated that! Also during our reception, she made sure that my husband and I were able to eat and we weren’t bombarded with guests right off the bat. From start to finish Tara absolutely killed it. She helped me select vendors, create plans and went out of her way to help pick rentals up. That’s not even the half of what she did for me. My wedding happened to be during a hurricane. My venue didn’t have power. We changed the plan at least 5 times and somehow she pulled off the best night of my life. I can’t imagine the pressure when you have to tell a bride her wedding is on pause for now until another plan can be put in place. She is classy, graceful and efficient in a time that should be pure panic. Thank you Tara & team I am forever grateful.

Hiring Tara was hands down the best decision we made during the planning process. We booked her full planning services and she was so on top of everything! She helped us with all the large tasks of finding all our vendors and the small like getting my bouquet for me on the day when I left it in the dressing room. She made the planning process so easy and it felt like we just showed up on the day, it was great. She took the stress out of planning and let us enjoy the day while making sure everything was perfect.

Tara was awesome to work with! We had day of coordination but she helped us through the whole process. We got married at Alhambra Hall and Tara knew everything there was to know about the venue. Her assistant Julie was also there with us the day of and she was so attentive and paid attention to all the details. With Tara and her crew you feel relaxed and totally taken care of. We had no worries or concerns and our day was literally perfect!
Tara and her team were absolutely amazing with all of our wedding planning needs! We went with the full planning package, and we couldn't have been happier with it. Tara is so professional and was so helpful throughout all the stages of planning, especially the day of the wedding. She made sure our wedding day went without a hitch, including set up, tear down, making sure my husband and I were stocked with food and drinks, and making sure we stuck to our timeline. She made us feel so calm throughout the day and took care of our every need. She is close with so many extraordinary vendors in the Charleston area, and was able to connect us with them so we could make our dream wedding possible, and within our budget. We honestly tried wedding planning on our own, but the stress and difficulty of connecting with vendors and hotels was unreal. When we found Tara, she relieved our stress immensely and was so helpful. Not to mention, she is excellent with trying to meet everyone's needs, and is extremely skillful with difficult conversations between family members involved in wedding planning with the couple. I truly believe our wedding wouldn't have been possible without her. Tara was the coordinator for my wedding in October and I honestly couldn't have done it without her! It was a very DIY wedding with almost no set up from vendors, so needless to say the morning of I was super stressed. As soon as she got there she took over everything and ensured that my dream wedding was carried out just as I had envisioned. She is so knowledgeable with everything wedding, created my itinerary, and calmed my bride nerves down more times than I can count.
